This policy explains how buildwithclaude.berta.one uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies in your browser, in line with UK PECR, EU ePrivacy expectations, UK GDPR, and EU GDPR transparency rules. Rondanini Publishing Ltd is the data controller — see our Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising or social media retargeting pixels. Storage below is needed to operate login, course progress, optional free preview, and your acknowledgement of this notice. Analytics (section 2) is separate.

Google Analytics 4 — We load gtag.js from Google Tag Manager (googletagmanager.com) with measurement ID G-YZR7T4SP5E to measure page views and how the site is used. Google may set or read cookies on Google’s domains and process technical data; see Google’s cookie information and our Privacy Policy.
When you pay, Stripe Checkout may set its own cookies or storage on Stripe’s domain to process payment and fraud prevention — governed by Stripe’s cookie policy. We do not control those cookies.
We load fonts from Google Fonts (stylesheet request); Google may receive technical data. You can block third-party requests in your browser if you wish.
IP addresses and request metadata may be processed on our servers and by our hosting provider for security — described in the Privacy Policy. That is not stored in your browser as a “cookie” but may be linked to your session on our side.
You can delete or block site data in your browser settings (cookies, local storage). Doing so will log you out and may clear course progress stored locally. For rights over personal data we hold as controller, see the Privacy Policy.
Our other products (for example claudesign.berta.one) have their own cookie and privacy notices. Apply the same GDPR diligence there: we recommend a visible banner + policy pages on each origin that sets third-party or non-essential cookies.
