These terms apply to your use of buildwithclaude.berta.one and to the purchase and use of the online course Building with Claude: Design Tools & Automation (the “Course”). The Course is independent instruction on building applications with the Anthropic Claude API and related tools — it is not software or a service sold by Anthropic. Rondanini Publishing Ltd is the data controller; see our Privacy Policy.

We provide access to the Course through our website: structured modules, exercises, and optional AI-assisted code review using your Anthropic API key (for paid accounts, stored encrypted on our systems solely to proxy requests; for the free Module 1 preview, your key may be held in your browser and sent per request as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy).
You obtain a licence to use our teaching materials and platform access — not a licence to Anthropic’s software or API, which remains governed by Anthropic’s terms. Feature descriptions, pricing, and scope are as shown on our pages at the time of purchase.
On successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Course for personal learning for the scope purchased (e.g. lifetime access to the version then offered, as stated at checkout), subject to fair use and these terms.
Access is tied to a licence key we issue. You may register up to three (3) devices by IP address as described at login; we may reset device lists in line with our support policy. You may not resell, share, or publicly redistribute your access key, account access, or our materials to run competing training without written permission. We retain all intellectual property in the Course content; you are buying a licence to learn, not ownership of the underlying copyright.
Prices are shown in GBP. VAT and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number. By completing checkout for digital access, you request immediate supply of digital content where our checkout requires that acknowledgement.
After payment, you receive access instructions (including your licence key) by email. If anything fails, contact hello@rondaninipublishing.com with your order reference.
Digital content and access are supplied promptly after purchase. Statutory cooling-off rights for digital content may be limited once delivery begins — the wording shown at checkout (including Stripe Checkout) applies. We may issue refunds where required by law or at our discretion for genuine support cases.
We may offer access to part of the Course (for example Module 1) without payment. That access is provided “as is”, may be withdrawn or changed, and is subject to these terms and our acceptable-use limits (including rate limits on preview API proxying).
Materials are for professional education. We do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation of third-party services (including Anthropic, Stripe, or hosting providers). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules in your country require otherwise.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with the “Last updated” date above. New purchases are on the terms in force at checkout.
The Course teaches use of Claude and related APIs as described by their rights-holders. References to Anthropic, Claude, and other marks are for identification of the subject matter. Rondanini Publishing Ltd is an independent publisher — not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Anthropic, PBC, or other third parties unless we say so clearly in writing. The title Build with Claude is our name for this product; it does not by itself imply a partnership with Anthropic. Trademark rights belong to their respective owners.
